Conducting safety studies on exothermic reactions with BatchReactor
Dynamic simulation of batch reaction allows a thorough analysis of all aspects of the reaction and in particular, of possible incidents, during both conception and exploitation phases.
In this example, we study the synthesis of mono alkyl ester from maleic anhydride and 1-hexanol. The reaction is exothermic and Batchreactor will allow us to analyze the consequences of incidents in the cooling system.

Electrolytic Systems Treatment

the involved phenomena: partial or total dissociation, acid-base reactions,
volatile components .
