ESAT 2026 – 34th European Symposium on Applied Thermodynamics

The European Symposium on Applied Thermodynamics (ESAT) is the oldest and most renowned conference on Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics, with the first edition being held in 1974, in West Berlin (Germany), under the leadership of Prof. Helmut Knapp.

The event is a leading international scientific conference bringing together researchers, engineers, and industry experts to share advances in applied thermodynamics. The symposium covers theoretical, experimental, and computational developments, with applications in energy, sustainability, materials, and industrial processes.
