ProSimPlus Environnement 3.6.11

ProSimPlus main environment for the software: ProSimPlus, ProSimPlus HNO3, ProSimPlus Energy, ProSim HEX.

Information streams: the new “No information” choice can be used to simplify the use of information streams to manage the order of the calculation sequence.
Toolbars: new buttons were added to directly access the preferences and case study windows.
Flowsheet: the Alt+m and Alt+i keyboard shortcuts were added to quickly switch to material or
information stream connection mode. The Alt+f shortcut can be used to switch back to the selection
mode.
Possibility to move the visible part of the process flowsheet: the user can press the space bar to move the flowsheet. Previously, this was only possible by using the scrollbars
Flowsheet: the name of the sub-flowsheets is now synchronized with the view name.

“Double pipe exchanger” and “Plug flow reactor” unit operations: new databases for standard tube dimensions and tube roughness.
“Pipe segment” unit operation: new database for standard tube dimensions.
“Pinch analysis” unit operation: includes the analysis of the intermediate cooling streams that may be present in the compressors.
“Economic evaluation” unit operation:
Ergonomic enhancements make it easier to view the information and validate the data.
New feature to specify a known investment cost (for example, provided by a supplier). Previously, only an estimated cost by the software was available.
New functionality to calculate only the investment cost (CAPEX) or operating cost (OPEX).
